Youth Training @ Shula’s Atheltic Club – North Miami


The Athletes Edge YDP teaches the fundamentals of Athleticism in a fun, competitive environment to kids from ages 6-12 years old. Youth fitness and sports is the key for laying the groundwork for a lifetime of fitness. Participation will improve overall fitness as well as fundamentals such as the ones listed below. Not only does active participation improve their fitness and abilities, it also supports other health benefits such as weight control, bone building, cardiovascular protection, and increased mental health.
