My son Robert has been going to your program a couple times a week since he finished his fall ball season with his school (Pope John Paul)…about 20 visits or so. Well, the school just started tryouts/practice this week. He was timed at 6.5 on his 60 and 3.6 home to first…. it shows improvement over his previous best time of 6.76. You actually predicted he would run that time to me.When you evaluated him you told me that he was an “athletic freak” but his bottom half and core were a little weak and that he was probably compensating his swing and throwing with his upper half and arms and that we would see a big improvement after about 6-8 wks. Well, I got to see him swing a week ago and noticed how he was coming thru with the bottom half and how much more the ball was jumping off his bat. The proof in the pudding was that his Coach, after seeing him take BP this week for the first time since fall ball, actually took him aside and asked if he had altered his BBCOR bat by shaving it …because of how hard and far he was driving the ball and how the ball sounded coming off the bat.Well obviously the answer was NO and he offered to swing any other bat (we actually bought the BBCOR bat from the school and he used it for fall ball). He let the coach know the only thing different was that he worked out at Athletic Edge at FAU since the end of fall ball.
Kudos to your program!!
